In the exhibition "Rembrandt Laboratory: Rembrandt's Technique Unraveled," visitors step into the shoes of scientists. Explore the dilemmas faced by researchers and restorers in the place where Rembrandt created his masterpieces almost 400 years ago: the Rembrandt House Museum.
Rembrandt's former studio has been specially transformed into a laboratory-like space, where the master's latest insights and secrets are revealed step by step. Rembrandt Laboratory isn't just an exhibition where you simply look; it's one where you actively engage! Young visitors aged six and up receive a clipboard with a research kit upon arrival and, with questions and assignments, embark on a journey of discovery through the exhibition.
