Where there is smoke, there is fire

Where there is smoke, there is fire
"Where there is smoke, there is fire" is a publication about the old Caballero Cigarette factory, which has been transformed into a creative work area. Where once cigarettes where made, now creative projects are carried out by architects, photographers, industrial designers, graphic designers, web designers etc.
The spine and typography on the cover is silkscreen printed with a matchbox structure, so you can actually light a match with the book. Inside the book we've used several different kinds of paper that represent the different architectural textures in the building.

Trapped in Suburbia won a sliver award with this design in the 2010 European Design Awards in the category book covers.
